12 years experience as a clinical physician extender and Athletic Trainer, working with adult and pediatric patients.
On field athletic training for high school and community events.
I knew I wanted to be an athletic trainer after sustaining a knee injury my sophomore year of high school. The care I received from my school’s athletic trainer helped fuel a passion for getting athletes back to playing the sports they love. I am excited about understanding the when, how, and why of injuries. I am also focused on motion analysis, return to play, and injury prevention training.
My special interests include evaluating, treating, and preventing sports injuries, performance and functional movement based dysfunctions, return to play/activity, and performance testing and training.
